Abstract

In the fast-changing world of present-day workplaces, the widespread stress arising in the workplace is still considered the most significant problem for both a working person and a business as a whole. We are taking deeper and focused research on the micro details of workplace stress that will yield in outlining key stress agents that workers are exposed to. Getting beyond just an understanding, now the research delves into the coping mechanisms not only across different professional environments, but in addition that of stress management as well, to find those that are effective. Therefore, the focus of this analysis goes into the relationship of job-related stress and organization success so as to give the details on performance in the workplace, worker satisfaction and the overall relations in the office. In addition, the study won't end with the not only analytical process but also the final step in which actionable insights will be drawn from data obtained by qualitative research. Tasked with implementing preventive actions and coping tools that fit each of the organization’s needs, our solutions shall handle particular organizational problems that arise. The literature review brings insights from different researches, and that distribution of insights will become a theoretical basis of our research. At last, the pattern of decrease in the amount of stress identified after coaching interventions illustrates that a lot of involvement of living experiences, job demands, and social support has been of great significance. These results thus highlight a possible way of using coaching as a positive instrument in facilitating employee wellbeing and in developing the organizational culture.
