The challenges of development have opened many avenues unexplored in the journey of a nation. The traditional approach of centralized planning and top-down approach focused on economic growth as an objective. This approach is based on presumption that higher economic growth leads to redistributive jusiice to all. However, decades of experiments and experiences have proved otherwise.
