Abstract

Both in the lab and at crime scenes, body fluid identification has been a vital tool for forensic scientists for quite some time. Since the fluid's characteristics can tell investigators a lot about what's going on, identifying it is the first and most important step in conducting any kind of investigation. However, when just a small sample is required, the destructive potential of screening tests must be taken into account. We can now identify an unknown stain at the crime scene without waiting for lab findings, which is a major step forward in forensic body fluid analysis. Critical to the investigation of each crime scene are the five human biological fluids most often found there: saliva, menstrual blood, menstrual blood, semen, and vaginal secretions. But it is still difficult to positively identify these five body fluids. The biological evidence examination departments of forensic science labs work mostly on cases involving sexual assault, assault, and murder. Unfortunately, there is no single way for analysing all body fluids and depending on the kind, it may be necessary to use various procedures. Again, it's important thinking about how crime scene evidence is collected, without proper isolation measures, evidence that's vital to the success of any criminal investigation can and has been sullied by the person or individuals in charge of collecting and transporting it.
