Emotional Intelligence impacts life of everyone which may be on social, physical, emotional or situational grounds. It also accounts for addressing individual as well as group behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior represents a behavior that is aligned with the required behavior an individual has to exhibit while performing diverse duties and responsibilities. The present research study shall study the impact of various dimensions of Emotional Intelligence on several dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The study shall consider Self Confidence and Empathy as dimensions of Emotional Intelligence whereas Altruism, Fair Play and Courtesy shall be the dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
