The amalgamation of technology and education has transformed teaching and learning experiences for both the teachers and the students in the classroom. This offers immense opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and personalized learning. With the usage of technology, the burden of studies has been reduced for the students, now they are learning with fun. However, along with its benefits, the ethical implications of technology use in the classroom have become an issue of concern. The instances of digital divide, and information leakage have put the educational institution in deep concern. This abstract outlines a comprehensive framework for promoting the ethical use of technology in educational environments. The paper will include some news reports regarding the ethical use of technology in the classroom and a focus group interview of the educators to understand their perception about the same.Metrics
