Abstract

The upsurge of COVID-19 infection has brought about a downward spiral in the world economy as well as the education system. As a result, of a series of lockdowns from 21st March 2020 onwards, the world economy continues to stagnate with the shutdown of businesses. All universities, colleges, and other educational institutes were closed down with the Government instruction. This has thrown the light on employing an e-education system in the economy. This research throws light on the determinants that are important for online teaching platforms. This study is an attempt to examine the components that influence both learners and instructors at the time of accompanying online classes and also the importance of those factors. Primary data was collected from five hundred respondents. The factor analysis method is used to test the effect of both instructors’ and learners’ professional variables.
