In the process of teaching and learning, a teacher's narratives serve as a vehicle for the students' greater understanding. The use of digital formats is widespread at the moment. Every instructor creates digital material for their students to learn. They instruct and give the material to the students digitally. In-depth study and revision can be done by students in the convenience of their own homes, ensuring lifelong learning. Sometimes the provided content is inaccessible, which prevents certain students from being able to read, which hinders their ability to learn effectively, whether they are regular students or students with impairments and disabilities. The learners encounter a hurdle as a result. In addition, it makes it difficult for students to interpret the material if the rules or circulars issued by the university, colleges, or government body are not easily accessible. Impairments and disabilities may make people feel different from the community due to their inability to read or access specific information. The creation of universally accessible documents is required to remove this obstacle. Such actions will encourage the inclusion of people with disabilities and contribute to sustainable development objectives. This article explains how to make a document accessible so that readers may concentrate on instructions from a teacher or instructor, which will encourage learner-centred design.Metrics
