Abstract

This chapter emphasizes the significance of integrating indigenous pedagogy into the modern education system, considering the cultural diversity of India and also emphasizes the connection between indigenous education and India's cultural fabric, highlighting the potential for this to elevate 21st century education to a new level due to India's diverse language, religion, art, and culture. The analysis focuses on identifying key Indigenous pedagogy elements like Place-Based Learning, Storytelling, Holistic Education, and Experiential Learning, their unique contributions to the educational framework, and their potential impact on the 21st century education system.
