Organizational behavior (OB) is considered as the understanding of how individuals and groups interact within an organization and how such interactions affect an organization’s performance toward its goal or goals. OB gets reflected in the Organizational culture. Organizational culture includes factors such as the company’s mission statement, core values and expectations of the company’s employees. It defines the company’s identity and how it wants to be perceived. These factors in a sense influence the Organizational Behaviour as well. OB ensures development of an OrganiZation. This study delves into the multifaceted factors that drive organizational behavior, and broadens organizational environment. Examining the psychological, social, and cultural dimensions, this research investigates how leadership styles, communication patterns, and workplace culture contribute to shape employee behavior. The perspectives and experiences shared by HR Managers served as a rich source of firsthand information, offering a real-world understanding of the forces that impede organizational dynamics. By leveraging into the wealth of experience and expertise held by these professionals, Researchers aim to elicit valuable insights into the factors that profoundly influence how individuals and groups behave within an organizational context. Through qualitative analysis and synthesizing existing theories, this study aspires to furnish valuable insights for both academic discourse and practical application, fostering a deeper comprehension of what impels and steers organizational behavior in today's dynamic and ever-evolving business environment.
