FOSTERING CHANGE: EXPLORING THE DYNAMICS OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR SUSTAINABLE IMPACT

Abstract

The research undertakes a comprehensive investigation into the intricate dynamics of social entrepreneurship with a focus on fostering sustainable impact. Adopting a multidisciplinary approach that integrates insights from business, sociology, and environmental studies, the study aims to understand the different factors contributing to the success and longevity of social entrepreneurship initiatives. The primary objectives include unraveling the motivations driving individuals to pursue social entrepreneurship, analyzing the adaptive strategies employed to find economic, social, and environmental challenges, and examining the role of collaborative networks in increasing the impact of these initiatives. A survey method was being used which included 200 number of respondents from Rajasthan. The respondents being considered were being social entrepreneurs, practitioners, policymakers, and academics engaged in socially impactful ventures. This study contributes to a deeper comprehension of the mechanisms that drive positive change, with implications for policymakers, academics, and practitioners involved in shaping sustainable solutions and fostering a more equitable world.
