Abstract

In order to stay up with changing times and general progress for all, UNESCO has established specific goals known as Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG4) emphasizes universal and equitable access to superior educational opportunities and perpetual education for all. This is only conceivable if learning materials are easily available to everyone, regardless of caste, creed, gender, position, or topographical or economic barriers, via Open Educational Resources (OER). According to UNESCO, open educational resources are open, useful, and research resources in any form that are in the public domain or are protected by copyright and were generated under a freely accessible license, permitting free use, recycling, re-purposing, modification, and transferability by and to others are considered OER (UNESCO, 2023).OER need a platform to access the resources and Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) is one such of a kind. MOODLE is an educational forum that aims to give instructors, managers, and learners a unified, secure, and integrated system for creating customized learning environments.
