OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION: A PRIORITY OF NEP 2020

Abstract

A critical analysis of the significance of digital learning, especially mobile learning, and its policy implications is the study's goal. The breadth and gaps in the current M-learning system and the utilisation of OERs are investigated through contextual analysis. Our results provide credence to the claim that is one of the crucial and additional ways of instruction for students of the present and the coming generations. The OER policies are always being improved and developed by UNESCO. This study makes it easier for policymakers to comprehend the present trends in digital learning and identifies any M-learning gaps that should be filled in the future.
